These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of wearhundredpercent.com (the "Site"), operated by Wear Hundred Percent ("Wear 100%", "we", "us", "our"). By browsing, creating an account, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Wear 100% is a discovery marketplace for plastic-free clothing. We curate and list products from third-party brands, but we do not manufacture, stock, sell, or ship any product ourselves. When you buy something, you're buying it directly from the brand's own website, under that brand's own terms, prices, and policies — we simply link you there. We're not a party to that transaction.
You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately at admin@wearhundredpercent.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

We do our best to keep product listings, fibre information, and prices accurate and up to date, but we source this information from brands and it can change on their end without notice. Prices shown on Wear 100% may occasionally differ slightly from the brand's own website due to syncing delays — the price and availability shown on the brand's website at checkout is always the price that applies, not what's shown on our Site.
The Site contains links to third-party brand websites. We don't control those websites and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or how they handle your data — check their own privacy policy and terms before buying. Some of these links are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you make a purchase after clicking through, at no extra cost to you.
Because every purchase happens on the brand's own website, your order, payment, delivery, and any returns or customer service issues are between you and that brand, governed by their terms and policies. We're not responsible for order fulfilment, product quality, delivery times, or refunds — if something goes wrong with an order, please contact the brand directly.
The Site itself — its design, layout, text, and original content — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Product images, brand names, and logos belong to their respective brands and are used to help you identify and find their products. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content without our permission.
The wishlist/saved-items feature is provided for your convenience so you can keep track of products you're interested in. It doesn't reserve stock, hold a price, or guarantee availability — items can sell out or change price on the brand's site at any time.
If you sign up to our mailing list, we'll send you emails about new brands, products, and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly.
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any product listed will meet your expectations — sustainability claims and fibre content are provided by brands, and while we vet brands before listing them, we can't independently verify every claim.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wear 100% is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or your purchase from a linked brand, including but not limited to loss arising from delayed delivery, product defects, or inaccurate listings. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, such as liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
You can stop using the Site or delete your account at any time via Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you've violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where local consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time as the Site evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and for significant changes, we'll take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
